Pricing Basics

Personal Portrait Sessions

(Family, personal-use head shots, graduation, birthday, children, maternity, engagement, etc.)

• $140 for up to a 30-minute session
• $250 for  up to a 1-hour session
• One 30-minute session can be used for individual portraits* for up to three people
• 30-minute session includes minimum 10 edited images, with more available for an additional fee
• 1-hour session includes minimum 20 edited images, with more available for an additional fee
• Upon request, unedited proofs may be viewed for the client to select which images are finalized
• Session includes digital delivery of full resolution edited JPEGs via password-protected free download
• Props/backdrops may be available upon request. Full-length seamless backdrops are available for an additional fee.
• Basic Headshot Session, $75: three edits are provided after up to a 15 minute studio session.
  • *These Headshot sessions are intended for personal use only, such as personal social media profiles, blogs (not a business website), and personal modeling/acting portfolios. If needed for a website, brochure, directory, any printed material that will be sold or used in advertisement, etc., commercial rates apply.*

Newborn and Baby Portrait Sessions

• $300 per session, with session lasting anywhere between 1 and 2 hours. Working with babies means you need to work on their schedule, so I have a more flexible booking window for these portraits. Travel rates apply if outside of 15 mile radius
• Includes up to 25 final edited images
• Digital delivery of edited JPEGs via password-protected free download
• Props/backdrops may be available upon request
• All backdrops/props are thoroughly sanitized before each session. Please inform at booking if your child has a fabric softener or detergent sensitivity.

Event Coverage

• This is for business functions, parties, speeches, etc.
• $100-$375 per hour, plus travel fees if outside of area. Prices vary pending on size/scale of the event and specific coverage needs
• Includes candid images, posed, can be used for step-and-repeat
• Basic color-correction and cropping editing
• Digital delivery of edited JPEGs via password-protected free download
• If images will be used for commercial (not in-house) print or advertising, commercial rates apply

Commercial Use/ Content Creation

On-Site Commercial Headshots

• Perfect for capturing new staff portraits efficiently
• Variety of backdrops available, as well as digitally edited backgrounds
• Editing is included, as well as any requests or necessary resizing
• Minimum of $300 for setup
• $85/ each for up to four employees, $75/ each for 5-9 employees, $70/ each for 10+ employees
• Digital delivery of edited JPEGs via password-protected free download
• Client retains copyright ownership of images, with rights granted to photographer for social media/advertising use

Notice for all sessions:

• $.75/mile travel fee if beyond 15 miles from my office
• $50 deposit required at time of booking, unless otherwise specified. Deposit is non refundable. Deposit is applied towards the cost of the session. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior, with certain exceptions pending weather or personal emergencies. Without a weather or personal emergency,  any rescheduling beyond the 48 hour threshold will forfeit the initial deposit and require another for re-booking. If the client is more than 15 minutes late for the session without any prior communication, the deposit is forfeited and the session may be cancelled. If a client will be more than 20 minutes late, the client needs to inform the photographer a full hour prior to the scheduled session. Otherwise, the deposit is forfeited and session is canceled.
• The photographer maintains copyright ownership of all non-commercial images and may use the images in their portfolio as well as professional social media and advertising (please specify during booking if you do not want your images used. This will affect the rate).
• The client has full rights to share and print their images for PERSONAL use/social media. Any commercial use or printing would be copyright violation and subject to a fee of $150 per image inappropriately used. This does not apply to commercial sessions.
• Same-day service requests are subject to up to a 100% pricing markup
• *Portrait and headshot pricing is intended for personal use only, including personal social media use. Any commercial or business use in print or on social media requires a commercial session or usage fee.
